I have not seen the father of my daughter for 13 years. He has not made any attempt to pay any child support and was ordered by the court in 1993 to pay 20 dollars a month.
Now I know that 20 dollars a month does not even cover the costs of raising a child on one income of practically nothing. For a single mother this means I could buy diapers, if he ever paid it.
I have asked that his file be reviewd and adjusted but he now has at least 2 other children since my daughter and is in hiding. He will not pay it and I need him to start paying support for his daughter. He acted in creating her. He should help support her.
