Chick Arthur O'Dell Does not pay child support to support his daughter, he picked up and moved with wife and other two children and didnt even let his daughter know.
Mr. O'Dell stopped seeing his daughter because of child support. He ran from the many subeonas sent to him by Child Support Enforcement, having his wife tell everyone he no longer lived there.
He has not called or tried to contact his daughter in over a year.
