Fraudulent billing and dishonest business practices Ripoff

On 8/26/06 I purchased a Kirby Sentria vacuum from a salesman. I like the Kirby product and was excited to have my own. After learning that the salesman told my neighbor how I purchased the vaccum and laughed about the amount I paid for it, I decided to return it. When inquiring about returning the machine, I learned they were from Utah and would not travel back to Nevada to pick up the machine. I would need to return it COD. This is the incorrect return procedure and the company should have sent me a box to have the machine returned. On 9/27/06 I finally received the box to return the machine in. I had traded in my vacuum and they were unable to locate it, so a different machine of the same brand was returned to me. A credit to my credit card should have been made on 9/18 according to their own contract. I have not received any communication or credit to my card since the return of the vaccum. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company and am hoping to recoup the costs of a machine that I returned. This company failed to live up to their own written contract on every level, treats their customers unprofessionally, spreads confidential financial information to neighbors and is involved with credit card fraud. It's too bad that they are giving a good product such a bad name with their business practices.
