My Husband was talked into purchasing a new Kirby vacuum from a door to door sales person. We tried this vacuum for a week and it is so heavy & so complicated to use that we decided to return it. However, when speaking with their store representative, we were then told that we only had a 3 day window to return it??? Is this correct? We absolutely cannot use this machine... It is so heavy that we cannot carry it up and down our stairs. Using it requires watching a CD and it keeps breaking the belts. Is there any way we can possibly return this machine? We absolutely cannot continue to use this. We thought there was always a 30 day return policy in Wisconsin? Please let us know our options. Thank you.
