I have been unable to get my refund of the Kirby Vacuum purchased on August 19. Due to the company Freedom Enterprise not showing up for two appointments scheduled to make the return and when they finally showed up they did not have my refund. I was then told it would be put in the mail. I have made more than 20 calls to the company to settle up with my refund. I made my request for refund the day after the purchase.
It is now September 11 and I have still not received my refund. On the contract it says a refund will be returned within 10 days of the request to return. So now i do not have the vacuum or my money. The company has one person answering the phone and she says she has no idea where anyone is at all times and knows nothing of the business.
It was a terrible experience and I recommend to all~NEVER LET A KIRBY SALESMAN INTO YOUR HOME. They forced there way in by offering a SERVICE when really they were selling a product. How deceitful?
