I decided to lease a credit card machine for my small business for a 48 month contract and was told by a salesman that the machine would be mine at the end of the 48 months. Once the 48 months were up LFG, Northern Leasing continued to bill me. I contacted the company and was told that I now had to buy the machine for over $400. Now this is a machine that is only worth $400 and I had unknowingly been scammed into paying over $2000 for. What's worse they told me if I did not pay they would sue me.
They then gave me the option to return a machine that I already paid over $2000 for so I returned it via post office. LFG then continued to contact me 20 times a day with threats and claimed they never received my credit card machine and so I would have to pay for the machine anyway. The original salesman who sold me the machine is nowhere to be found and LFG will not stop billing me. This company should be put out of business, what they are doing is very wrong.
