This same man, Scott Raines ripped my grandmother off as well. It happened about 7 or 8 years ago.
They put $10,000.00 down on a mobile home and were careful to write down the serial number and they left with the paper work and a contact for delivery of the trailer.
Several months later after lots of phone calls and promises he delivered a trailer alright, it was a piece of junk all tore up and completely the wrong trailer and of lesser value than the one she had bought from him.
It took several years and a law suite to finally recoupe about 75% of her losses.
At the time my grandmother was about 89 years old and a widow. So as you can tell Scott Raines has no conscience and is a liar and a theif. Bradly County KNOWS this because of the police reports filed against him and still he continues to do business in this same county and take advantage of innocent, un - suspecting people.
