Scott Allen Raines stole $8800 from me, he is a career criminal. This "man" was paid to move my singlewide mobile home. He tricked another mover (and did not pay him) to move my home to the middle of nowhere, 500 miles from it's previous address, where it sat abandoned for 6 months. After repeated attempts to get him to complete the move, i.E. Do what I paid him to do, I gave up and the Department of Defense hire a credible mover to complete the move at great expense to me.
Alfie promised a partial refund (I still have those emails, Alfie), but of course I have not recieved one red cent. Every now and then, if I bug him enough, he will make a half-witted attempt to say how sorry he is and promise to pay me back over the course of five years. Of course I would never see one penny, and by agreeing to it would basically forfeit any refund at all.
If anyone has any doubt of the truths to this, just call the Cleveland, TN police department and speak to Detective Mark Darnell. He just sent Alfie's case to the FBI and is very familiar with his dealings. You can also visit (ROR redacted link) to read some stories of just a few of his other victims.
Like I said before Alfie, you will find out the hard way how presistant a military officer can be. I will not stop, I don't care what the statute of limitations is.
