We drove to met Allan and see the mobile home which was park in an empty lot in Tenn. He said they just parked it there for us to view cause it was in transport from Va. Allan agreed to have it delivered to us in SC. We left believing Title would come with home cause we paie with a casihers check for full amount when home was delivered. Driver only had a bill of sale. We contacted Allan and he said title was going through system and he would contact us as soon as he received it back. That was back in April. It is now Dec.-20 and we haven't been able to reach Allan in these 8 months that have passed. We have multiple phone numbers and a E-mail address but he does not respond to any of them.
