Moved 2 houses from TX to AZ.in June & July Was 1-3 weeks later than contracts stated. Took deposit on 3rd house, $4750 & never moved it. Had to hires someone else 3.5 months later
Rarely answered phone & then claimed he was on the road & we we breaking up. Rarely answered emails & then they were excuses & empty promises. Sent letter by snail mail, reported to Benton Co TN Police, State Dpt of Commerece, Proterctmyhouse. Gov & the FBI.

In addition to the $4750 deposit, Alphie Scott Raines caused us to loose over $2000 in rent as this home was to replace an old rental mobile... The tenants had to move out for 4 months instead of 1.
