In April in Trenton, Georgia was hit by a F-5 Tornado. My trailer was hit by the tornado and my trailer was devastated and uninhabitable. I contacted Terry Scott of Scott's Mobile Home in Alabama. A friend heard the conversation of a trailer Terry had for sale. And stated that the only thing wrong with this used trailer was it needed painting and carpeting.
Terry Scott knew the devastation that was caused by the F-5 tornado and was told about my Father's medical problem of having cancer and brain tumors. I received help through "F.E.M.A." for my home. And I was going to purchase another trailer under payments. I put down $6000.00 and made the first month payment of $202.60 to Terry Scott.
When the trailer arrived I seen that this trailer I was purchasing under contact payment was in WORST condition then the one that went through the tornado.
