First of all, they couldn't show up "the next day", because they didn't have the color we wanted. The sales guy's boss (on the other end of the sales guy's cell phone) allegedly located the carpet we wanted in another factory/state, so we had to wait.
That really wasn't too big of an issue, but it gets MUCH worse... The guys that showed up to do the install left without finishing the job! Why?! -Because they didn't have enough carpet, and the carpet in the bedroom was a shade or two off of the hallway carpet (different dye lots).
We were unable to put our furniture back until the following day, after another installer/"supervisor" returned to finish the job. My husband called to complain, for obvious reasons (plus, he'd missed two days of work to deal with all of this), and they "compensated" us by knocking a couple hundred dollars off the price.
We had some additional complaints/issues, but decided it just wasn't worth it, and were somewhat okay with our "new carpet"... Well, that was very short lived, because it's only been two or three months, and the carpet is STILL SHEDDING!
If our vacuum didn't have a sensor to tell you when it's full... I would've burned it up by now! It fills up after only one vacuuming! Little fibers are EVERYWHERE! They even wind up in the kitchen on our ceramic tile in little "fiber piles". It's ridiculous! Obviously the carpet is defective!
