After searching carpet store after carpet store for a reasonable price on a nylon carpet, Bay Carpet seemed to come in the lowest most affordable price for the carpet and installation. They're salesman, Karl, was a pleasure to work with at first. That was until the installation. Within entering the house with the carpet they managed to break one of our wall moldings, door stopper, and dent the wall. The installation got worse as they miscut the carpet and were patching up their mistakes by glueing down small squares over the spots. They scratched up the walls, and if this all wasn't bad enough they're installer had an attitude with us telling us "I don't need two woman to tell me how to do my job".in addition they left a huge mess, everything from carpet scraps, screws, staples, plaster from the moldings they damaged and what appeared to be orange peals on our new carpets. They didn't move the furniture back and left us that way. When we called to complain to the main offices, Karl told me I must be exaggerating and none of this was a big deal, and this is how it was left off. Don't let the their prices fool you, you get what you pay for.
