On or about Jan 23, I noticed an additional charge and a separate entry on the second page of my credit card statement. On Dec 31, FUSION TALK charged me $24.95. That day, I called my credit card company and they advised they would send me a dispute form.
Also, I then tried FUSION TALK and was told to wait or maybe someone could call me later. I tried again that afternoon around 6pm and got Melissa. She advised that there was a computer error and she would credit my account and gave me a confirmation number.
Today, Feb 3, I called to check on the credit and was advised by the credit card company that on Jan 15, they have again charged me an additional $24.95. I asked the credit card company to stop this fradulent behavior and they advised that I must send in the dispute form so that they may represent me.
This company must be stopped. I will report this to the FBI and also intend to call the LAS VEGAS Police Dept.
This is definitely fraud and they should be stopped.
I sure wish that i had seen this reports.
