New store called The Blind & Shutter Pros — their ad looked very similiar to DBSF

I was also taken for a good $900 in shutters that I've yet to see since October.

They seem to have also set up shop under a new name: The Blind & Shutter Pros — their ad looked very similiar to DBSF, so I called the number (866) 396-7175 and asked for Mr. Montoya - to which the reply was, "He's not available". So looks like they're back in business.

Here's my question—I've contact my credit card company, Better Business Bureau, etc and no one seems to be following any disciplinary actions-mostly because they can't be found.

I left my name with their Bankruptcy attorney but if Mr. Montoya doesn't ever file for bankruptcy (as he hasn't yet) — then what? Or is this the limbo that Mr. Montoya hopes to again fall under; where it's under no one's juristiction and the entire process repeats itself under new company names or until his soul burns in hell - whichever comes first.
