Please note that we were ripped off also. The FBI and The Dept. Of Homeland Security are now investigating how these people get your credit card number. It is interesting how our conversation had Arabic speaking individuals in the back round... Right when an alert went out on phone card/cell phone abuse by Al quada. I hope for Melissa and Michelle's sake they do not treat the FBI like she did us when inquiring about their fraudulent charge they made on our card.By the time you post this... They will no longer be in business.
Our card was charged 12/19/05,12/30/05 for 24.95. Then, on 1/19/06 for 49.90. Upon inquiring at the 1-800-591-5354 listed on our credit card statement, we got in touch with 2 hostile individuals. We were given a code (R47372) and told in 48 hrs. We could hear the conversation my wife had with their rep... Giving permission to charge her credit card. Well, 48 hrs. Later we called... The so called "taped conversation" had disappeared.
Also note that during our initial investigation, we found out that "FUSION TELECOMMUNICATIONS INTL " TICKER symbol FSN is a valid company, but is receiving a lot of calls from customers who are calling them inquiring about charges on their cards. FSN has their lawyers on this. The # to call is 212-972. Call this to report your claim. Note that on your credit card statement for December the charge is listed as " FUSION TALK", THEN IN JAN. It is listed as "fusion telecom". They are definatly leaving a trail!
I would love to be there when the FBI interviews both Mellisa and Michelle. They have a lot of anger issues. Maybe there are hirings at the "Bunny Ranch" in LV to vent such anger.
