On January 5 I checked my credit card charges online & saw a charge from Fusion Talk. I did not know this charge so I called my cc company to file a report. They suggested I call the merchant who submitted the charge.
That same day I called Fusion Talk & informed them that I did not authorize this charge & that I wanted a credit to my account immediatedly because this was fraud. They insisted that in the 2 weeks prior to it showing on my account they had called & I had signed up for their services. I knew this was a blatant lie so I ask to hear the recording of my authorizing this (they had already told me that they record all of their calls). They declined & said they would issue a credit which has not shown up on my account yet.
I have filled out paperwork & filed a report with my cc co. I wish that everyone would check their cc statements so that companies like Fusion Talk would not get away with this fraud!
