Ripoff - fradulent credit card billing

My credit card was charged $24.95 on 12-26-05 for something that I did not authorize. I called Fusion Talk on 12-17-05 and talked to Tony. I was given a refund number and told the charge would be reversed. I called again on 1-10-06 and talked to the same man. He said I would be credited with $24.95 on my credit card withing 2 to 4 weeks. I reminded him that it had already been 2 weeks. I called again on 1-27-06 and talked to a woman, Melissa, she said my account had been credited on 1-10-06 and it would take 2 to 4 weeks. I told her I had called on 12-27-05 so it had already been 4 weeks. I reminded her that if I charged anything on my credit card the charge showed up on that very day so they should be able to reverse that process in less than a month. She said it had only been 2 weeks because I never called in December. I asked to speak to her supervisor because I did not like to be called a liar and I wanted something done today. She became very rude, refused to let me speak to a supervisor and then hung up on me.
