While scanning my online bank statement I noticed two entries from Fusion Telecom and Fusion Talk. One entry (Fusion Telecom) was for $24.95 (Dec.) Then in January (Fusion Talk) for $49.90.
I have NEVER talked to this company or authorized any such debit of my account! We have no paper statements from this company either.
I have tried calling the toll free number and left a message but have not received a return phone call.
As recommended here, I went to the bank and they promptly filled out two forms to get my money back.
At first I did a search on the Fusion Telecom name. There is a company called Fusion Telecom out of New York City, but they are NOT the same. When I called there they informed me that they were filling a lawsuit against fusion talk and fusion telecom to change the name.
I will be filing reports with every available resource. Thanks to the posts here, I knew I had a way to get my money back.
