My daughter is a victim of this advantage America. But I took it upon myself to call this calling center, after many calls getting very angry and getting nowhere, and talking to only people who do ot know english very well. For a while i would call and put these people on a conference call, up to ten lines, and they acted like robots asking each other the same question, without realizing they were talking to someone else in the same call center.
I today got to talk to a man named Austin, and I asked him, should I quite calling, he said yes, I asked, is this company all lies to get money out of peoples accounts, he said yes, is there any supervisors at your location ever, he said no, I asked is the address, fax number I have gotten from other customer service people, all lies, he said yes. I thanked him for being honest, and for saving me alot of trouble of calling back again and getting nowhere. I just now hope that my daughter gets help from her bank.
I wish I could find these guy, I would want to walk in the call center and scream... Your done!!! Shut it down!!!
