I call bank of america n customer service today regarding my credit card. I had to pay something with credit card by today, so yesterday, I went to my bank of america account to transfer fund directly to my credit card so I could use fund right away. When I did the transfer, bank took money out from my bank account right away, but my credit card was in processing the credit and they are not available until Monday. I call them to if they could transfer back the money so I could use to the found, but they say no it could not be done. So where is my money now? Anyway, I call the customer service and she told me I could talk to credit department and they could let me use the fund from the credit card because the transfer funds already there... But when I talk to customer service person name AVREY ID 51249, in the beginning she ask me about my credit card number and full name. While we were talking she was going around the bush and telling me the fund is not available, which I know that was the reason why I was calling her and holding it for 30 minutes... Anyway when I complain why can I not use the fund she ask me she need to verified me, so she ask me my name again, address, any credit card information, drivers license number and so on... I asked her, "Was't I talking to you before? Why are you ask me this question again. She repeat I need to verify you... Who was she talking to before? Anyway when I gave her all my information, she said " the fund are going to be ready after Monday. OMG!!! What was all the verified we did together? Anyway when I told her I need to talk to her manager, she said she did not understand what I said, I repeat two time for her to understand, I asked her full name and she said she did not feel comfortable to give her full name and I asked her again and she gave me her first name Avrey with her ID 51249. After I hold for another 5 min, talk to supervisor and solve the problem, what was all this long talk and until I get pissed off. Five minutes was all I needed. Bank of American!!! You guys got bigger but service got worst! I need to look for new bank now, I was with you more than 20 years. Wow you lost me for sure.
