I ordered Floam from this company online and paid extra money for "rush shipping". This was a Christmas gift for my great granddaughter. I received a confirmation via email that acknowledging my order.
The total amount that was to be charged to my credit card was $46.75. My credit card has been charged $74.65. I have not received the merchandise.
I have repeatedly tried to reach the company by phone, but only get a busy signal unless it is after hours and then a recording comes on stating they are closed. I have sent email messages to the company requesting a status of my order with no response. I have sent a message via facsimile transmission, again requesting a status, but again did not receive any response to my inquiry.
