I ordered over $500 worth of merchandise on 4/13. The credit card was charged 4/14. Order status online showed shipment was pending all week. I emailed them 4/17 requesting a ship date, since they advertise shipments within "1 or 2 business days" but got no response.
4/19, I checked order status again and the message said "No record of order ID XXXX" I checked again that evening and the website appears to have crashed. Same goes for today.
The credit card charge was made to BOWMARINC, and I can't find any helpful information on them either.
This is extremely frustrating. I'm ready to cancel and start over with a reputable company. Just hope the stuff doesn't show up unannounced next week!
