1. Merchandise ordered for son's wedding on Feb. 9 via website.
2. Credit card charged on Feb. 12th for $173.92.
3. Email inquiry sent on Feb. 23rd. Only an "autoresponse" answer received promising a reply in 48 hours.
4. Followup email inquiry sent on Feb. 25th. Only got autoresponse stating that their internet web system had been down for two weeks because company had relocated. No further response received.
5. Send fax on Feb 27th, requesting that if order was not shipped on 2/28 that order be cancelled and refund be issued. No response received.
6. Sent fax and email on March 2nd, requesting order cancellation and refund. Only got autoresponder reply.
7. Sent complaint to Yahoo Online shopping on March 2nd. Still awaiting reply.
