Second Mortgage Address Change Repeatedly Rejected Over Signature

I have been trying to change my address with Citi bank second mortgage for 2 years. They send me a form by mail which I fill and send back... I was denied because they did not like my signature!!! I complain on the phone, I can't receive any mail from them including my tax form for 2013. They do not have a website. Primitive, impolite. Do not use citi!!!
