Citi Bank keeps calling for someone who has not worked here for at least 7 years, and passed away at least 6 months ago. We continue to get daily phone calls from Citi about this person, we have told Citi not to call and to update their contact information. Each time Citi calls we tell them the same thing and they claim that they are updating their information, but the calls keep coming. We have called them back and asked to have this corrected but it seems like they don't care. Today we will contact the states attorney and seek some help with the phone calls and see about court action.
