Bank gave false information, refused to own its mistake

Citibank does not take responsibility for its actions. Citibank gives false information to its customers. Citibank is unreliable and one of the worst banks there is. They are not willing to work with their customers even when the mistake was made on their end. I will never open an account with your bank again and will not recommend Citibank to anyone.
