Hello, I have been a credit card holder with Citibank for 30 years. Like most people in the USA, I have had some hard times. I recently called Citibank and tried to make a payment plan for my card. In no way did I ask for any kind of reduction; all I wanted was a monthly payment plan that I could afford. The answer was no, we cannot help you.
What is up with this? Citibank does not care about people. If anyone out there is thinking of using Citibank, my advice to you is don't. They will not work with you.
