I ordered flowers for a funeral on 12/28 and paid extra for guaranteed 4 hour delivery. The wake was on 12/29 and the funeral was on 12/30. I received an email on 12/30 an hour after the funeral that they needed more information to process my order. When I called I was told that they were too busy to process my order and that I would get a refund. I asked why I was told this sooner so that I could make other arrangements and I received no explanation.
