I ordered a funeral spray on a Saturday for same day delivery, which was available. The visitation was to be on Sunday with the funeral on Monday. I received a confirmation email that the delivery was on schedule. Needless to say, when I arrived at the funeral home my flowers were not there, a day after promised delivery date. Monday, the day of the funeral, I called Wesley Berry Customer service and was told my flowers still were not delivered! At that point I cancelled the order because who needs a funeral spray after the funeral! I was told it would be 7-10 business days before I could get my refund... Well I'm now at 12 business days and still no refund. I called Wesley again only to be told that it still had not been released and that they would expedite it and I should see it in 3 more business days! I do believe I am going to have to fight to get this money back! It was $130.00!!! Maybe the were hoping I would forget about it and they could keep my money without providing the service. I will NOT forget about this! This place is a sham! Unless you like giving your hard earned money away please do not use these people!!
