My oldest son recently passed away and I wanted to have a nice arrangement for the funeral. I called Wesley Berry Flowers because they came up on the search engine as an entity close to the area where the funeral was being held. As this was a once in a "lifetime" order I quizzed the sales person I spoke to several times to be sure that they flowers would be delivered on time. Each time I received a positive response. They never made it!!! When I called Wesley's customer service I was placed on hold while they tried to call the contractor, who didn't answer repeated calls, and then when I asked for a return call so I could go to the funeral service I was told that they couldn't do that because of a call que! I will NEVER do business with these people again. Even a refund for their lack of service is a pain! (The only reason I chose delivery services as the category is because they didn't have one for screw ups!)
