Wesley Flowers were to deliver flowers on Saturday, Dec. 17. They did not and by Monday, Dec. 19, the flowers were not at the hospital. I spoke with 'Clyde' who kept me on hold for 18 minutes and did not return to the phone. The following is an email I received from 'customer service':"I am truly sorry that we cannot assist you with your flower delivery. I am showing that your order is already submitted for a refund and you should receive an email once this is completed."
