Offered a free trial of Smile Pro teeth whitening system. It is a subscription, and you are opted in when you place the order. A confirmation company calls you to make sure that you ordered the product. I then asked to be removed from the subscription. They said they would still send out the free sample. I received my credit card statement and there on it was charge for the monthly subscription. When I called to complain, it was past the 14 days in which I had to cancel. They informed me I had to cancel directly through them, not the person calling to confirm my order. I was upset because the confirmation company didn't tell me this, as I thought it was already cancelled. They wouldn't even accept the product back for a refund even with the package unopened.
