This company is a fraud! They send you a free sample for the price of shipping without any information that you are signing up for a monthly subscription. When you receive your first subscription after the free sample, they give a customer service email and phone number but neither of them work. So I mailed the unopened product back with a letter asking for my subscription to be cancelled and the $89 refunded. I got the second subscription and my husband called VISA to complain about the charges for something I did not order and they gave him a phone number to call. They said they do not give refunds and had no way to even know if the product was sent back - CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT. They said the second subscription was already in the mail and they would not refund for that either. This company is a total SCAM! The product was too acid for my skin and caused swelling around my eyes. LUSH organic facial creams are half the price of this product and they are wonderful products with a credible company.
I don't even have the product I paid $89 for because I shipped it back unopened. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD THIS EXPERIENCE with any product that I ordered. They should not even be allowed to advertise on the internet! Credit card companies should refuse to deal with them because they are a scam!!!
