I bought a Samsung SII 4G. I was told that I had service in my area. I received my phone. Activated it and no service in my area. I could only use the phone while away from home and in very few areas. I continued to call Boost mobile from the first week. Each time I was told service was in this area. The towers were only at 30% up to 64%. I have spoke to a Talesha, Chris, and other names I can't even pronounce. I get an email from Boost Mobile in August telling me that I do not have service in this area. I requested the phone to be unlocked or my moneyback. It's been over 30 days so they will not give me the refund. I would have returned the phone withing the time period had I known I was getting the bull thrown at me. They were just keeping me on until the expiration time had passed.
My suggestion for anyone considering Boost Mobile... Run!!!
