This is the WORSE Warranty company we have ever worked with! We work with 5 others they don't want to pay then they adjust your pay then not pay you! The Autho department is so dumb you tell them whats wrong and they have no clue what you are speaking of. The wait for autho is at least a 20 min wait. They have a cap on the customers and don't tell them. Then they decline stuff that should be declined. There is no contractors relations person and no one in the office has clue what they are doing. Be aware! We parted ways once b/c I didn't like they way that company performed business once I stated that then they asked me to come back so I did unfortunately I should of stuck with my first choice! Customers and vendors beware!!!
