Choice Home Warranty does not pay the insurance bill they are supposed to pay when their insurance is used. They bill customers for appliance and hvac home insurance.
We were a service provider for Choice and found this out the hard way. They sent us to a bunch of jobs for appliance and HVAC repairs. We called in and got the approval like we were supposed to do, and did the job. The customers were all happy and that was it.
When we billed choice home warranty for the services our company provided, they kept saying they were sending out a check but never did.
We spoke to Erica Green, who was arrogant, cocky and totally disrespectful. She swore the checks had gone out... Guess what? They never did.
After this, we did a search fo choice home warranty and found that there were tons of complaints against them by individuals, and service providers. We ended up having to bill the cjustomers themselves and letting them know about Choice Home Warranty. They were pissed off.
