I am soo pissed at Waste Management! There is a WM Truck sitting right outside my bedroom window! I have already called and filed a complaint once about this same truck! And now it's back again! If you live in the Hagerstown, MD area and you see a WM truck with the Front License plate: (Pennsylvania) LIF CHGR and Rear Plate: AF97857 Truck #: 308342 then please call and file a complaint!
