Contractor scammed with unpaid invoices for parts & services over 60 days past due.infomation on Choice Home Warranty (CHW):
1.) (CHW) is not registered with TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission). They are illegally selling home warranties in Texas. Call TREC Enforcement and file complaint (512) 936-3005.
2.) They claim to sell warranties in texas under HWAT, Inc. Who is registered with TREC with a NJ Address except there is no DBA filed with the Texas SOS for (CHW) under HWAT, Inc. Alert! President is Victor Mandalawi - You should google this guy he was banned from selling home warranties in another state. He is Choice Home Warranty and Home Warranty Administrators and he is a CROOK!
3.) Alert! HWAT, Inc. Is not in good standing with the Texas Comptroller which means they are not paying their franchise taxes.
4.) Choice Home Warranty and Home Warranty Administrators (HWAT, Inc) are involved in a scheme to defraud contractors and customers. Here's how it works; CHW is the bad company, they collect fees from homeowners and don't pay contractor's. They use the funds from CHW to prop up HWAT so it looks good to its customers and contractors. CHW gets the bad press and HWAT is sold as the better company but both of these are run by Victor Mandalawi and his cohorts. They will eventually both succumb to failure but never mind that, Victor Mandalawi and his cohorts probably own several other home warranty companies and got this all figured out, they are three steps ahead of everybody.
I will never work for another home warranty company again and neither should you.
