I had an promotion with AT&T. The release date for the promotion on 7/15. When I called to get the promotion release I could not because they stated that my acct was past due.inwhich I was giving incorrect information that when I paid my bill on 6/21 my acct was uptodate. There was no outstanding balance. My issue is this when I got the promotion the representative stated that I had to call before or on 7/15 to cancel the promotion. So that I would not get charge the full amount of the service that they provided. Which I an aware of the protocol for concerning promotion. They never stress if you had a pass due bill the system will not permit you to cancel your promotion and you end up pay the full price.
I think that this was very dishonest in what they did. I want to be refund my over payment of July and August.
