I placed an order online for Nutra Burn 10 and as soon as I entered my CC details the web page gave me an error and kicked me out. I've called them 3 times (CPT to USA) and they just say they cant help and that they cant find my account anywhere on the system. Immediately they charged me over R1000 on my CC which is R400 more than what my order cost and now I cannot get hold of anyone to help me recover my money. Ive emailed them at the support desk - no luck. It was literally the last money I had on my CC and I am absolutely shocked and appalled by this, I am so angry and upset by being so stupid.
If there's anyone who can help me get my money back or put me in touch with the right person please let me know. Thanks.
