Not-Fabulous. Shame on you, JustFab.
Justfab makes you opt out of a monthly charge within the first 5 days of each month.
If you miss that window, they won't reverse the charge and they tell you that you purchased a "credit" for shoes and that it is non-refundable.
I thought that I opted out, but either it didn't go through or i missed it somehow—either way, I was charged and have no proof that i tried to opt out.
This "credit" that I "purchased" is packed with stipulations.
So many stipulations, that I think it takes advantage of their clients and it makes this company as close to a scam as you can get.
You can't cancel your membership if you have a credit, or that credit and it's monetary value is lost.
Also, I tried to use it on a BOGO promotion for shoes tonight, but wasn't able to, because they also consider the "credit" to be a "promotion."
I paid for it and it was a CHARGE—definitely NOT a promotion.
So, instead of getting two pairs of shoes for $39.95 on their BOGO promotion, I can only buy one of those pairs at full price.
In order to get the promotion, I'd have to charge a new $39.95 to my credit card, and then I'd still have a $39.95 "credit" sitting in my account.
Unfair and dishonest consumer practices? —YES. Fabulous? — NO.
Shame on you JustFab.
