T.V. Promotion 12'

I saw your promotion 5.00$ 12' on T.V. I went at the shopping mall with my sister and ordered 2 stake and cheese and was told by the cashier that the promotion did not include this sandwich only the classic, I told him the promotion on T.V. Said it was included, I was watching T.V. And your promotion came on and again the stake and cheese is included, Why this cashier was not aware he charged me double.
