Before I signed the contract, I made it clear to the Sales Rep at my house, and the handler on the phone that I would not sign for a 5 yr. Contract. I was told by both of them that the Sales Rep would change the contract accordingly. Due to another lie they made, I wanted to cancle the service last month. After going around and around with them though e-mail and phone calls, I was finnaly put in touch with a customer service rep today. The servcice Rep told me that the section of contract that was changed, was not the only place that a 5 yr agreement was written, and that I still owe them for the remaining contract. I beleive that there is at least 50 months left, about $2,800. I don't know why I would want to have service a security company that has provemn to be untrustworthy. They offered no compromise at all.
