Buyer Beware! ADT contracts are for 3 years despite what you are told during the sales process. Our representative (who we haven't heard from or been able to find since the system was sold to us in July), told us we were signing a one year contract. It was a 3 year, non-cancellable contract. Despite the fact we moved ADT still wants money for services they aren't performing. Unbelievable. Shop for a security service that is local. ADT's customer service should embarrass them.
