I purchased sprints mobile internet service 5 months ago signed a contract and everything for $34 a month which was to include unlimited 4g yesterday i recieved notice i was over on my 3g which i dont use last night i called sprint customer service after 2 hours on the phone they hung up on me so i contacted them today via on-line chat assistance and was told they no longer provide unlimited 4g (a clear contract violation) i was told they are doing this to better provide services to their customers so at this point I am now paying $79 a month instead of $34 and may need to pay more just to continue having internet service I cant even get out of the 1 1/2 year remaining on my contract
