Salesman (BJ Savage) convinced us to install a security system even though we were not sure we wanted to sign a 3 year contract. He said that if we ever wanted out of it, to give him a call and he would say that we were moving, and that was a legitimate reason for cancelling the contract. Well, that's not true.
We are actually in the process of selling our house, so I have called him numerous times. He has failed to do what he promised. Having called the main office, I find out that if I do not transfer the service to myu new residence, I must buy myself out of the contract at a cost of 75% of the remaining contract period.
Beware of promises made by Pinnacle Security sales personnel.
