My security company sold my contract to Castlerock Security. I discovered they are charging at least $20 per month MORE than the competition so I called to ask when the contract expired. The "customer service" person gave me a sales pitch and never did answer directly but gave the impression that I should sign up with them again... Contract was over.
I signed with another company and stopped payments to Castlerock. WOW! That's when it hit the fan. I was told there were three months left on the contract and I had BETTER PAY or they would send it to collections. Since I was getting nothing for the last three months I offered to split the difference with them since they have some responsibility for not answering me truthfully the first time.
Want a new definition for rude?"CASTLEROCK SECURITY!" Don't get near them! They probably won't last in business anyway with their terrible manners. Unreasonable, rude, and nasty... A business porcupine!
