I am extremely unsatisfied and upset with the length of time it has taken to exchange my 76 year old father's shoes.
On June 4th USPS notified me of the delivery of our return to the return address. It has now been over five weeks and we have not received any notification or communication regarding the status of his return. I included the packing slip with the exchange information in the package along with a check for the difference in cost. I do not understand why it is taking so long and would like to speak with a supervisor as this is the worst turn around time and customer service. When I've inquired via phone or email I've gotten generic responses. They literally copy and paste their responses to me in emails. I vow to never do business with this company again and also vow to find all the sites where I can make complaints including their Facebook profile https://www.facebook.com/haband
