The World's WORST Customer Service

I ordered four pair of pants from Haband's website. The website indicated the ordered merchandise was "in stock". The only reason I ordered from Haband is because Haband offers inseam lengths of 26"-27" and I did'nt want to have to have the pants altered. Because I needed these pants ASAP I paid the additional fee to have the fastest Fedex delivery that Haband offers. The order arrived by Fedex within two business days however there was only one pair of pants in the bag and they were one of the two pair I ordered for my father. The packing slip indicated the rest of the order was on back order. There was no information indicating how long I would have to wait for the back ordered merchandise so I called the customer service phone number and after going through a littany of punch this number and punch that number I was told a customer service representative would be with me shortly. After about a 30 second wait on hold a recorded voice came on the line and said the volume of calls was too large and they could not take my call at this time and they hung up. I had to call several times before they allowed me to stay in line and finally get my call answered. I explained my problem and told them the only reason I ordered from them was because I needed my work pants immediately and that is why I paid the high Fedex shipping cost. I was advised that the back order should be in "sometime next week" and they would be sent to me by regular mail that would take "about 8 days" for delivery. I told them that was unsatisfactory as I paid Fedex shipping on four pair of pants and only got one. I was told that they only ship back orders regular mail and I had no recourse because that was their policy. The first rep I spoke with was very nice but because I wanted to complain I wanted a supervisor. I was connected to a supervisor who identified herself as "Erica". This person was the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. She never once apologized for Haband's non performance and never made any effort whatsoever to satisfy my concerns. I asked for Haband's corporate office address and she said they refuse to give that information out. (Of course I went on the Internet and found out the company headquarters is in Oaklawn, N.J.) This "supervisor" is rude, condescending, and unprofessional, and, from what I can read on this website typical of Haband's "I don't give a damn about the customer" attitude. If you are into poor service, rude supervisor's, and a company that has total disregard for their customers then Haband would be for you. If not then avoid doing business with this company. They are horrible!
